1 Cardio: a blend of tribal style belly dance
2 Flowing "feminine" motion and a veil dance.
3 Strength training: "muscle meditation"
4 Upper body using dumbbells/resistance bands
5 Poles and leg work fit for a "woman warrior goddess."
6 Stretch: elegant postures inspired by statues of sacred temple dancers from India.
