Make your dance flow like water! Fluid transitions are the mark of a skilled dancer, but learning how to smooth out the rough edges between movements can be a challenging process. Designed to help advanced beginners and up learn to perform smooth, effortless sequences of movement, this DVD focuses on transitions between standing isolations. The combinations demonstrated on this DVD can serve as flowing drills as well as building blocks for longer combinations, choreography, and improvisation.

As a bonus, the DVD includes four shorter practice playlists, for when you don't have time for the full 80 minute workout. Each practice playlist is 20 to 30 minutes in length, includes a warm up and cool down, and focuses on perfecting one or two of the combinations on the DVD.

Sara Beaman is an up-and-coming fusion bellydancer based in Central North Carolina. She has been teaching dancers of all levels since 2004. She is a graduate of Donna Mejia's Pedagogy Intensive, and has studied at length with Bozenka, Mira Betz, Hannan Sultan, Ava Fleming, Nandana and Lisa Zahiya.
