Odissi Indian Temple Dance is a multi-thousand year old dance form that has been passed down from guru to student for generations. Preserved through hundreds of statues decorating the walls of sacred sites throughout Eastern India, Odissi's precise form celebrates the sacred feminine and evokes the divine.

In this DVD Moria Chappell introduces you to some of the footwork, mudras, and temple poses that are a part of this vast art form.
